About Us
In January 2015, Conrado completed 4 years serving as a full-time volunteer with Weekend Missions, another mission organization in Puerto Peñasco. While serving alongside Weekend Missions, Conrad felt called to begin serving in a more comprehensive way.
In February 2015, Oc3an View Ministry was born. This Mexican non-profit*, with the help of US churches has blessed the people of Puerto Peñasco. Oc3an View Ministry has established relationships with local churches, rehab centers, community centers, local schools, and families.
OVM is a conduit of God, and serving our community is our passion. We bless families with new homes or renovations, provide essential needs like free meals, transportation, haircuts, school supplies, Bibles, and the support to athletes in achieving their dreams.
We actively engage in our community by hosting mission groups, sports teams, and community events. We collaborate with rehab centers, community centers, churches, and schools to serve those in need. Above all, we spread the word of God.

Our mission is to Love the Community of Puerto Peñasco
in Jesus’ Name. We do this through assisting in creating homes, providing food security, and meeting the needs of the city.
help us build new homes and make existing homes more livable.
Puerto Peñasco, like many other communities, lacks adequate affordable living space for low income families. The need for affordable housing has become increasingly urgent. Recognizing this challenge, various groups have come together with local residents to address the issue by building small homes for families in need.
Our method of tackling this problem is through organizing and assisting local and US resources for both building new affordable homes and improving substandard housing situations. Families needing housing or living in substandard housing are vetted by local church leadership in our community. Oc3an View Ministry maintains relationships with recipient families after the build.
We have a virtually endless list of life changing home improvement projects. These projects hold immense potential for transforming inadequate housing conditions and improving the lives of those in need. Your organization can address some of the critical issues faced by vulnerable communities, such as substandard housing and inadequate sanitation facilities.
community meals
Our ministry provides community meals two to three times a week. These meals can have long-term effects on the lives of those experiencing poverty. By providing regular meals, we alleviate the burden of food insecurity, freeing up resources .
We strive to foster community, restore dignity, and addressing the immediate and long-term needs of our neighbors in need.
sports programs
Sports programs offer a sense of belonging and camaradery, creating a supportive community where individuals from diverse backgrounds come together for a common goal. The shared experiences, friendships, and bonds formed within these programs foster a sense of pride and unity among participants. Being part of a team and representing their community through sports gives the less fortunate a sense of identity and purpose, reinforcing their self-worth and helping them overcome societal stigmas.
We offer a place where anyone can come for fellowship and training. This brings our community together. We are always looking for sponsors and sporting equipment donations to these programs.
thrift store / segunda
Our primary objective is twofold: to provide affordable clothing options for those who can afford it, ensuring that they can access quality apparel at a low cost. Simultaneously, we are committed to addressing the urgent needs of individuals who cannot afford clothing by offering them free, high-quality garments.
One particular group that greatly benefits from our services are refugees passing through Puerto Peñasco. We understand the challenges they face and the significant impact that a helping hand can have on their lives. By providing them with the clothing they need, we strive to bring comfort, dignity, and a sense of belonging during their difficult journey.
