Our story
How the Ministry Began
Founder Conrado Flores launched Oc3anView Ministry in 2015 after years of volunteering with visiting teams. The vision is simple: be a trusted conduit between U.S. mission groups and Puerto Peñasco churches, schools, rehab centers, and families in need — while running daily programs that do not pause when teams go home.
