In January 2015, Conrado completed 4 years serving as a full-time volunteer with Weekend Missions, another mission organization in Puerto Peñasco. While serving alongside Weekend Missions, Conrad felt called to begin serving in a more comprehensive way.

On February 2015 Oc3an View Ministry was born. This Mexican non-profit*, with the help of US churches has blessed the people of Puerto Peñasco. Oc3an View Ministry has established relationships with local churches, rehab centers, community centers, local schools, and families.
